In Resolution No. 41 s. 2021 of CPUR, the Representatives of the Central Philippine University Republic 17th Parliament need to conduct a town hall meeting. A town hall meeting is an event by which representative addresses an audience by answering their questions, and they could also report what they have done in Parliament. This press conference aims to fully practice transparency and create a standard in the student council. The press conference shall be composed of the Department Head or Dean, Governor, Vice Governor, Representative, and Board Member. In line with this, Aksyon Departamento was conducted last Tuesday, February 08, 2022, 2:00-4:00 Pm via zoom conference. Department heads responded to the concerns of students and directly addressed them to the learners through an open forum. This project helped students voice their issues and addressed them during the semester.
