The college of education has proposed a monthly devotional activity. This event aims to provide a spiritually nourishing environment for students and teachers by hosting a monthly bible study led by inspirational speakers.

The University is known for its Christ centered, and that is one of the things you won’t missed in CPU. The Provincial Council of the College of Education we are assigned to have monthly devotion, to emphasize that we beyond all of our doubts and troubles in life, we have our God that is our resting place. Generals conducted 2 devotions for the college and it keeps us motivated by the words and wisdom from our mighty creator.

On October 31, 2021, the Bachelor of Physical Education participated in the monthly online devotional handled by the College of Education Council 2021-2022. As a centralian, it is really important that we praise and worship our God even though we are in the pandemic right now. The College of Education Council are able to make and to connect ourselves again with our Almighty God. We are blessed and very happy that we can still feel the presence of the Lord and we will always worship Him with all of our hearts.

Monthly devotional was one of the projects of the College of Education Provincial Council; the goal is to feed the spiritual life of each student of the college of education. We invited different preachers from different churches around the city and even province. We believe that the students should have the time to know and reflect God’s word and bring hope amidst tribulations that they are in. the council gave the English Elites Organization an opportunity to host the said devotional. The theme is Love specifically “Love your neighbor as you love yourself” we invited Pastor Sheila Aguhob as our Speaker. We learned that we shouldn’t think of ourselves alone but also our neighbors especially those people that need our help for it is the greatest commandment of God that was given to us.

As Centralians that embody the Christian spirit, we excel not just in academics and extracurricular activities but also in spiritual aspects. The MSF Dynasty was able to sponsor a monthly COED devotional last November 27, 2021, with the cooperation and collaboration of the College of Education student council and the English Elites organization. With the special presence of Pastor Shiela P. Aguhob, we were able to share the word of God Through Facebook Live with the topic/hashtag related to “LOVE” This pandemic has a great impact on people’s lives, especially on their mental and emotional state, so having this monthly devotional helps us realize the vital truths of what it means to be a follower of Jesus. It is a time designated for everyone in the building to come to rest and reset their minds. The goal of the monthly devotional is to encourage students to grow spiritually and to worship God in all aspects of their lives.
