Virtual Updates and Kamustahan are activities that update and inform members of the organization, and it is a time for catching up and asking questions and clarifications concerning the College of Education and Central Philippine University, as well as a kind of Kamustahan to make them feel welcome and to remind them that they are not alone in dealing with the impacts of the pandemic. The pandemic is not a barrier to reconnecting with your members. A simple “kumusta ka” may be a huge aid, especially for those who are struggling emotionally and mentally.
